Studio Policies

Please come into the studio at least twice a month and check our boards for updates and studio information. It is up to you as parents to keep updated on current studio information!

 

Registration

By registering you are holding a spot in class whether you are present or absent. You may make up missed classes

 

Parents/Guardian must complete a Registration Form and Liability Waiver, pay the $10.00 registration fee and first month’s tuition before starting class.

Tuition

PJDAC tuition is due by the first class of every month, no later than the 7th of each month and any payments after that will be deducted automatically from your account.


Payment after the above date - 

Please add on a late fee of $20.00


 

Tuition is based on a monthly payment (some months have less days and some have more days) and in the long run over the year, it evens out.

 

Tuition will NOT be pro-rated due to missed classes, studio holidays, snow days, teacher sick days and tuition is non-refundable under any circumstances! 


Fees will be pro-rated if you register in the middle of a month. 



Tuition can be paid at the studio by check, cash, credit, e-mail, debit or auto pay. 

 

If you consistently pay late you will be expected to enroll in Auto Pay! 

You will be contacted by Kevin Rose.

 

If payment is more than 30 days in arrears, the student will not be able to participate in class until the payment is made and you will be expected to move to Auto Pay.


If you are having a problem just let us know! We are willing to help anyone that comes to us! We want the kids dancing and will do anything to help parents! JUST TALK TO US!!!!!

 

There will be a $40.00 service charge for all returned checks or insufficient funds. Following one returned check, we ask that all subsequent payments be in cash or credit or debit card.

 

Students

There is absolutely no gum chewing while dancing. Snacks and water are allowed only in the waiting room. We ask that you please throw away all garbage. 

 

Please keep cell phones in your dance bags and out of your hands! Students may check them in between class but all ringers will be turned off during class!

 

Code of  Conduct

Students and parents will dress and conduct themselves in an appropriate manner while at 
all performances, competitions, recitals and events in which PJDAC is being represented.

Proper respect for the staff and fellow students is expected of all students, parents/guardians and siblings.  

Attitudes that are disrespectful, uncooperative, or aggressive do not have a place at PJDAC

 Students will not speak negatively about one another or the instructors.

Any parent/guardian or student who disrupts class or approaches a teacher, staff member, another student or parent with the
intent to cause dissent or contravene the policies and procedures of PJDAC will be dismissed immediately.

Any inappropriate or slanderous remarks about PJDAC or it's staff members on any social media site will be cause for immediate dismissal from the studio.
